Laboratory testing for patients registered to NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde health board, including disciplines like haematology, biochemistry, immunology and virology. Dataset includes requests from secondary care services, as well as requests sent to main labs from primary care. Data is sourced from multiple LIMS and core systems, and transformed to a single source database in Glasgow (knows as "SCI Store"). Radiology requests available separately.

Scotland. We operate as a REC-approved research database (IRAS 321198) within
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, and offer a delegated ethics route for data-only
studies, cohort builds and linkage to a variety of deep, multi-modal clinical
NHS data types - including structured, free text, and imaging - with hosting of
deidentified research-ready datasets in an ISO-accredited Secure Data
