Description:
This is a cohort study in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome. It contains both cross sectional (pre-surgery) as well as longitudinal data from patients undergoing decompression surgery (pre and 6 months post surgery). The dataset contains phenotypic data (quantitative sensory testing, electrodiagnostic testing, clinical examination, questionnaires) and data derived from bio-samples (e.g., skin biopsies).
