Description:
Dataset of record level Read and SNOMED coded data from general practice computer systems in Wales extracted in June 2019. Data is included on all patients over the age of 18 recorded to have asthma or COPD and includes patient demographics, investigation and diagnostic information as well as smoking, treatment and the provision of personalised asthma plans.
