Longitudinal, observational patient cohort study based in the UK collecting clinical data and biosamples from around 2000 participants since 2010. Data collection is from people with PD, RBD, Healthy controls and PD Relatives, with the aim of characterising the early pathological pathways in Parkinson"s disease in order to predict disease onset and stratify its progression.
