Description:
This dataset contains qualitative and quantitative information about aspects of dementia that people with ADRD, their care partners and their HCPs want to see improve and want to not worsen.
The quantitative portion include demographic information, Quick Dementia Rating Scale scores and survey responses where participants rank the broad and specific areas of their life that they want to 1) see improve and 2) not worsen.
The qualitative portion contains patient quotes about how the participants life would be in the case that the selected area improved or worsened.
