Description:
Small RNA expression data from subjects of the EPAD cohort, with and without mild cognitive impairment and with varying degrees of amyloid/tau burden, obtained from whole blood via next generation sequencing. Based on this dataset, a predictive panel of miRNAs (and other small RNAs) was identified for the prediction of mild cognitive impairment, especially in individuals with elevated amyloid/tau markers (putative early-stage Alzheimer’s disease).
