PRISM 2 is a pan-European study that aimed (1) to determine the reproducibility of the transdiagnostic and pathophysiological relationship between default mode network (DMN) integrity and social dysfunction in Schizophrenia and Alzheimer"s disease that emerged from PRISM1 and determine its potential to generalize to Major Depressive Disorder; and (2) to test the causality between the quantitative variation in DMN integrity and social dysfunction.
