Description:
The Catholic Brain Aging(CABI) database isa longitudinal neuroimaging and clinical dataset established at the Catholic University of Korea to investigate the biological, cognitive, and neuropsychiatric trajectories of brain aging and Alzheimer"s disease. It integrates multi-modal MRI, amyloid and tau PET, blood biomarkers, and neuropsychological data collected from participants ranging from cognitively normal to dementia stage. The database supports cross-sectional and longitudinal analyses of structural and functional brain changes, cognitive performance, and neuropsychiatric symptoms, with standardized protocols aligned with international Alzheimer"s disease research consortia.
