Description:
Plasma and serum complement system data via SVAR assays as part of the complement biomarker study from the European Platform for Neurodegenerative Diseases (EPND). Samples were centrally measured at SVAR. Data include for 341 participants plasma measures of terminal complement complex (kit COMPL TCC RUO), factor P (kit COMPL FPQ RUO), and C4d (kit COMPL C4d RUO). For a subset of 30 participants, serum measures of classical pathway activity percentage (kit COMPLCP310), MBL pathway activity percentage (kit COMPLMP320), and alternative pathway activity percentage (kit COMPLAP330) are also available. The complement biomarker study is a substudy of the EPND ATN study.
