Description:
This study characterized the effect of BORCS6 KD on the iPSC-derived neuron transcriptome. We performed RNA sequencing on neurons on day 7 post dox induction WTC11 neurons, on neurons containing a non-targeting sgRNA or BORCS6 KD. Here, we provide RNA sequencing files from our analyses.
