The Indiana Alzheimer"s Disease Research Center (IADRC) conducts clinical and basic science research on the causes and processes of Alzheimer"s disease and other dementias, tests new treatments, trains future generations of Alzheimer"s researchers and physicians, and supports patients and their caregivers. This initial dataset contains participant cross-sectional and longitudinal clinical/cognitive and proteomics data for 1,334 study visits linked to 1,334 plasma samples sent for SomaLogic 7K proteomics analysis as part of the Global Neurodegeneration Proteomics Consortium (GNPC). The datasets represent 549 subjects across 1334 visits. Out of the 1334 visits, 737 visits were associated with a clinical diagnosis of cognitively unimpaired, 319 visits with dementia, 271 visits with MCI, and 7 visits listed a different impairment or incomplete visit without diagnosis. Included variables are part of the National Alzheimer"s Coordinating Center (NACC) Uniform Dataset V3. Data may be linked to the proteomics dataset using SUBID,UDSVISITNUM variables.
