This dataset contains clinical records generated during face-to-face ambulance attendances by Yorkshire Ambulance Service. It includes structured information on presenting complaints, clinical observations, treatments, and referral or conveyance outcomes, covering both 999 and 111 (clinical assessment service) contacts. The dataset is organised into 22 interlinked tables, joined via internal identifiers.

Services environment. Approved users will be provided with credentials and
