The unique identifier for the Emergency Care Patient Attendance at which an alcohol dependence assessment took place

The unique identifier for the Hospital Provider Spell within which an alcohol dependence assessment took place

HOSPITAL_SPELL_ID

The unique identifier for the outpatient attendance  at which an alcohol dependence assessment took place

OP_ATTENDANCE_ID

The date on which the patient was referred to the ACT

ACT_REFERRAL_DATE

ACT_REFERRAL_SOURCE

The date on which the first contact was made with the ACT. Format CCYY-MM-DD

FIRSTCONTACT_DATE

Whether the patient is new to the ACT team

NEWTOSERVICE

The number of interactions (or times seen) that the patient has had with the ACT within the current episode with the ACT

INTERACTION_COUNT

Whether the patient was formally referred to continue treatment in community alcohol services

CAS_REFERRAL_INDICATOR

For patients formally referred to continue treatment in community alcohol services  whether this was their first referral and if not if they are already on the caseload

CAS_REFERRAL_STATUS

Whether the ACT intervention has been deemed to have prevented an inpatient emergency admission for the patient

IP_EMERGENCYADMISSIONPREVENTED

Whether the patient required Medically Assisted Withdrawal (MAW)

MAW_INDICATOR

Whether the patient completed Medically Assisted Withdrawal (MAW)  in which setting and whether it was under the supervision of the ACT

From MPS  the GP Practice that the patient is registered at. ODS code format.

GP_PRACTICE_CODE_TRACED

Clinical Commissioning Group covering the area in which the patient’s postcode falls. ODS code format.

CCG_OF_RESIDENCE

Integrated Care System covering the area in which the patient’s postcode falls. ODS code format. This will be null until at least April 2022 when ICS organisations are rolled out.

ICS_OF_RESIDENCE

Local Authority covering the area in which the patient’s postcode falls. ODS code format.

LA_OF_RESIDENCE

Lower Super Output Area (lowest level without being disclosive) covering the area in which the patient’s postcode falls. ODS code format.

LSOA_OF_RESIDENCE
